Bootcamp is an interval training workout with bursts of intense activity and rests of lighter activity. You can expect cardio, light weights, bodyweight exercises, such as pullups, pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints.

Saturdays boot camp is a fun, high intensity training session however suitable for all ages and abilities as well as during pregnancy as all exercises can be regressed and progressed and times lengthened or shortened accordingly.
