Functional strength training for the over 60s. 
Rather than thinking of the prospect of being retired, how about feeling Re-Powered. 
This beginners group is aimed at those who are have maybe noticed a slip in their strength and fitness over the years and want to regain it in a safe, private, friendly environment with like mind people. Because, let’s face it, what we do now impacts our future. Not only do we want to live long lives but independent, happy lives where we move with ease.
