Hi, I’m Imani and I’m a qualified Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor. I’ve always been passionate about health, movement, and exploring ways to strengthen both body and mind. Pilates caught my attention because it’s such a powerful, full-body practice that focuses on control, precision, and awareness.

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that emphasises core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body balance. It combines mindful breathing with controlled movements to help improve strength, alignment, and mobility.
