Pilates is a total body workout. It can improve posture, muscle tone and joint mobility as well as alleviate lower back pain through working primarily on core strength and stability rewarding you with a flatter stomach, stronger pelvic floor and increased flexibility.

All classes will end with relaxation to promote calm and reduce stress levels.
