My focus is on empowering clients to gain a better relationship with their diet and bodies, by guiding them through bespoke health and fitness plans anchored in resistance and strength training supported by a healthy diet focused on abundance not restriction. Many women in particular have never lifted heavy weights and my aim is to introduce women to the mental and physical benefits of lifting heavy things - for me starting to weight train has given me the mental confidence to push myself to do things I didn’t believe I could and made me look and feel stronger. This is something I am now keen to share with others.
