Ben Pye

Ben is a Sports Therapist, Personal Trainer and  an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor with over 13 years experience in the industry. His work focuses on improving posture, pain-free movement and brining balance to the nervous system for better well-being and recovery.


As a Personal Trainer he works with people to build confidence and safely perform exercises to build strength, improve mobility, fitness and improve health, adapting to the individuals needs, whether that be regressing an exercise or modifying the workout due to an individuals current stress load.


As a Sports Therapist he works with people to relieve pain, improve posture, mobility and movement. In addition he works with people to improve how they breathe to better regulate their nervous system for better health, well-being and stress management.
