Bootcamp is an interval training workout with bursts of intense activity and rests of lighter activity. You can expect cardio, light weights, bodyweight exercises, such as pullups, pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints.

Boot camp is a fun, high intensity training session suitable for all ages and abilities, including kids from age 12-16, as all exercises can be regressed and progressed and times lengthened or shortened accordingly. Perfect for parent and child combos!
